Thanks for asking. I am fortunate to be in an excellent marriage with a lovely woman and we have two outstanding little boys. I am blessed with an independent wife, which allows me all of the freedom to regularly hit happy hour, dine out, play recreational sports, take in live music and go on "guys" trips. Tonight I'm going to 3YO T-ball then to see Bill Maher with friends. Tomorrow night my wife is going out with friends, so I'm going to take my 2 and 3 year olds to dinner before returning home to "camp out" in the playroom and watch a movie of their choice. I'm playing golf saturday, and am taking my boys to the local insectarium before the kids go to their grandparent's house for the night so that my wife and I can go to dinner with friends. Life is good, my "friend".

You should be so fortunate, Smurph. I'm defintely pulling for you and hope it happens for you one day.

That week - getting downtown will be either impossible or a breeze - I just won't know until it gets closer. That concert place in Highland Park has a el stop right next to it for their concert weekends, it's just the venue kinda sucks for sound

At this point, my Chicago friend is unsure of his work schedule. He is a barkeep, so he'll likely work all 3 three nights I am in town. I am definitely hitting Cubs-Mets on Friday and Saturday afternoon, with or without him, as this is why I am going. I haven't checked the rotation, but I hope I get to see Santana vs. the Cubs on one of those days. I'm still trying to convince LA Burns to join me for the trip.

Either way, pregame brews sound perfect. Will be in touch with you once I get home from Hawai'i mid-month.
