Yes it seems old. This morning I woke up and my back, knee, and shoulder started hurting. I think I will just go ahead and get them all replaced and be done with it.

I had a great birthday. I was not at all looking forward to it, but it turned out to be the best birthday I have had. My wife put together a surprise dinner at a great steakhouse with my family and a few friends. Afterwards we had a little get together at our house with some friends. The main reason it was so special was because it was my first birthday as a father.
