There has to be an easier way to do this.
When I WU $$ to Costa Rica, more than half of the time it is nothing but a series of phone calls to get it picked up on your end. Every time I call your operators I have to go through the same thing with giving my PIN and the control # and I get transferred and get to repeat myself and sometimes get transferred again. I have to repeatedly go through this whole process 5-10 times. I've made my opinions clear to the operators. I then get to call WU and have to talk to them. They end up telling me the $$ is available, then I get to talk to your operators again for more transferring of the call. There has to be an easier way. Don't you have any type of working relationship with WU that would make this situation easier for your customers to have less to deal with? Why do I always have to do the leg-work? One would think the phone calls to WU should be made on your end. This process needs to be made easier for me. I've been told in the past that the amounts I have sent are large and take longer. That answer is getting old. Tonight I sent the $$ over 2 and a half hours ago and I'm already 6 phone calls into the process, still no balance on my screen.
