looking to get a box of cigars and figure a few of you cigar smokers could help. I am looking for opinions about a decent box. I am a cigar smoker but still a newbie. Just want a decent box to have around the house. Looking to spend no more than 60-75 bucks for a box. I have looked into Helix, Dom Thomas (sp). ALso, i am looking for a cigar that has a medium type flavor. Any help would be appreciated.

What a great smoke for the price. This one takes the place of my Rocky Patel's. You can't go wrong with Carlos Torano.

You should try Acid Cigars especially the blue bands such as Kuba. The cost will be a bit higher though. They are a unigue smoke.

the boys,

wanted to get back to you, sorry for the delay.

have gone through 2 of the toro's and 3 of the double corona's. both very similar. i enjoy them. a very light smoke, maybe a bit lighter than i am use to. both burn well. not bad at all, especially for the price.

if you've never tried one - my personal favorite for years has been the AVO #2.

thanks, and enjoy your smoke after the BIG meal tomorrow.

Love AVO's, very nice high quality cigar. Give the Rocky Patel 1990 or 1992 vintage a try. There a little stronger then the Torano's.
