CINCINNATI/SOUTH FLORIDA Over 43.5 - This looks like a low posted total for a game involving Cincinnati, a team that is involved in shootouts every time you look! Bearcats games are averaging a combined 50.4 points per game this season, nearly a touchdown higher than this total. This is also the first ever meeting between these schools, and the balanced Cincinnati attack has been difficult enough to stop by teams that have faced them. South Florida has the better defense between these squads, but even their games are averaging 43.8 points, which is on par with this total. Given that they are facing a better offensive team than they have been accustomed to, I expect this total to land closer to Cincinnati?s game average, especially since the soft Bearcats pass defense can make mediocre passing teams like the Bulls look good.
