Looks like Cinncy does not care to be playing in this game. In Bowl games if a team does not want to be there it is easy money betting against them no matter how much of a better team they might be if they don't try and care they won't cover!

The clock mainly doesnt stop only on QB sacks. Penalties, drops, and oob plays.
