My under for the game is looking good. I would play under for the second half with anything that is over 21, but I am gonna stick with what I have. However if Oregon St. is -3 or less, I am going 2 units on them. Cincy has not moved the ball at all. Ore. ST. has been very efficient except for the turnovers.
