Obama says raising taxes on the rich is not class warfare.
Republicans say it is.
Neither of them remember their history lessons: When the rich get rich enough, and everyone else gets poor enough there will be class warfare. REAL class warfare.
It happened suddenly and violently in Russia, starting in the Fall of 1917. 15 million dead.
It happened suddenly and violently in France in 1789. 18,00 heads rolled.
It happened in Cuba in 1959, 100,000 dead.
I happened partially and less dramatically in the USA with the rise of unions.
And now the rich are again getting richer, and everyone else, the middle class and the poor, are going downhill. If this trend continues, if the rich get rich enough, expect another revolution.
So, republicans, destroy unions, cut pay and benefits, ship jobs elsewhere, and see what happens. Maybe your heads will roll.
