Ok how's this. The burden of proof on prosecution in a drug case is tough as nails. in this case, the crime was fully documented by a YouTube video. Makes sense why he was punished severely, doesn't it? Well, I'm sure you'll find something else to complain about.

I at least never said he shouldn't have been punished. A week in jail to mull things over and a significant amount of community service would have been just as effective. I'd think with the amount of media exposure, etc this guy has paid a price. Which he should, rightfully, but that should be taken into account. But that may be difficult for someone of the moral fabric of a Mr. Poon to understand. For us mortals can't hold a candle to a guy who has never drank a single alcoholic beverage and gotten behind the wheel, a guy who has never done something he normally wouldn't have because he was two sheets to the wind.
