49ers would be a double qualifier for Clem D's 17 point theory that he uses if I remember right.

He says play against teams coming off of a 17 or more point victory which would be ARIZONA.

He also says play on a team coming off of a 17 point lose and this would qualify 49ers.

Looks to me like the play tonight is 49ers.

Let me know what you guys think?

Does the system know.....

Does the system know.....

Shaun Hill is the QB for the worst team in the league.... O'Sullivan couldn't stay on his feet 2 plays in a row... AZ is finally looking like a playoff team.

Whats the record on this system this year?

I did this pretty quick but for this year...

If you play against the team that won by 17 or more points the following week you would of been 23-9 ats. (72%)

If you play on the team that lost by 17 or more points the following week you would of been 19-11ats. (63%)
***However the numbers are a little better if you take out Detroit, Stl, and Seattle. You would be 19-4 ats (83%). (meaning you never play on them if they lose by 17 or more). Those teams are so bad they consistantly lose by 17 or more :mj07:

Hope this helps!

The system worked on two games that I know of this year:Cinn covered against the Giants within this system(teemo: is cincy a godawful team?well they covered vs giants.I've noticed you coincidentally agree with all of Raymonds picks,I'll check with you in a year to see how that works out over the long haul, but you've just appeared at mjs,so you don't know that yet.)Carolina covered the week after a shalacking vs tbay with a cover, whoever they played the next week,I beleive it was ATLANTA.

Looks like the system did not take into account how bad the 49ers were:shrug: ...Oh wait they COVERED...I am going to keep a running total of this system from here on out.

SYSTEM: 1-0

If my math is correct, according to this system, your plays for week 10 should have been ...
NYG (beat Dall 35-14 wk 9) ... they were +3 wk 10 ... Win
Atl (beat Oak 24-0 wk 9) ... they were -1 vs NO wk 10 ... Win
Phi (beat Sea 26-7 wk 9) ... they were -3 vs NYG wk 10 ... Lose
Oak (lost to Atl 24-0 wk 9) ... they were +9.5 vs Caro wk 10 ... Lose

2-2 brings it to coin flip???

Keith...if I am correct the system dictates that you play AGAINST teams that won by 17+ points and ON teams that lost by 17+. So that would make the Giants a loss, Atlanta a win, Philly a win, and Oakland a loss. Just a different path to the same result.
