bs. Dabo elects not to go for fg. Shouldn't even have been close. Both great defenses. Clem has issues.

best was his interview right after the game where scott van pelt jokingly asks him what the deal was

he was flustered and had no answer and then blamed the players!!

They already had an extra point that Auburn got a hand on. I'm sure that the coach was concerned something wasnt right in their kicking game. Also watching Auburn qb he didn't appear he had the ability to move the ball on Clemson defense especially at the end of the game since he struggled all game.

Nobody mentions the fact (now or at the time) that sweeney and his rb were the ones to blame

There were 50 seconds left 3rd and 10 and 0 timeouts for auburn......all you have to do is stay in bounds or call a modifies knees to run 4 seconds off the clock and take a delay of game plenty....there would only be 5-6 seconds left in the game for a 4th down play....where you could run backwards then heave it out of the endzone, ending the game...or give auburn 1 play with 1-2 seconds left.

But

Dabo decidies to call a wide run play and as the coach he should know better because these kids run out of bounds almost all the time....which of course happened.

They gave auburn the ball back with 40 seconds which resulted in 8 plays and 2 shots in the end zone

But the dipshit coaches probably worked 12,000 hours in the last month.....and proudly brag about it....but when push comes to shove they're mostly fking meatheads who have no clue on clock mgmt or how to end a game/run out a clock

Poorly managed game by Auburn. As someone who breathes Auburn orange and blue, there was a chance for a straight up victory. I think that Sweeney played to Auburn and they are a better team. End of the day, I think Clemson wasn't revealed to be a bad team like OK and a couple others... money to be made there.

Auburn is bad offensively.

I have seen a couple of instances where coaches act like they are going to go for it close to mid field, let the clock run out and than call a time out. Take the delay of game and save ur time out. 5 yards of field position is nothing when ur punting from ur own 45. I would rather have the time out. So lame.

Clemson terrible coaching especially on the offense. Not a reason in the world why a top notch team cannot trust kicker in first game. Terrible play calling.

The team has to feel great about that and that their coach would rather play to not lose than play to win.
