on paper, it looks like its the AAA buffalo bisons vs. the detroit tigers tonight, but thats fine with me. the indians veterans mailed it in a long time ago and with the rosters expanded, the indians got a chance to call up their best prospects from a buffalo team that won the AAA championship. the infusion of young talent helped the indians finally play with a set of balls yesterday afternoon against the royals. vizquel is out of the lineup tonight (and thats a good thing, as he was somewhere around 0 for his last 20 or so) and replaced by their stud SS prospect peralta. phelps has hit left handed pitching really well this year. victor martinez back in the lineup today as well. maroth and elarton both pitched well last week in jacobs field. i expect both to give up their share of runs tonight, and the baby indians should very well win this game. theyre worth the risk tonight.
