The truth sucks doesn't it? Master Capper is up to his constant Bush bashing with his meticulous and masterful cutting and pasting of articles that show Bush's approval rating at 40%. Ronald Reagan also suffered similar poll numbers, and look at his legacy. But when talking about Bush's approval rating, the thing that liberal fail to mention.....

Bill Clinton's lowest approval rating came in June 1993, when only 37 percent approved of his performance.
