Collinsworth and Michaels were stunned by it! This whole game was out of control, in primetime too boot.......the NFL needs to get the real refs back in a hurry!:shrug:

I can see goddell even suspending him to send a message...
He is tired if the players/refs trying to intimidate the new guys...
Even if they aren't as good yet, doesn't give anyone the right to treat them any different...they still need to be held in the same respect before, because they are the sole and only mediators on the field....without them, it would be chaos...

Should be suspended a game. I have no idea what Goddell is trying to prove but it is a joke and only going to get worse .
Players/coaches/media aren't helpin cause by blowing everything up...

That loss, putting New England with a sub 500 record for the first time in 145 games, and NFL record. The last time they had a sub 500 record was when they dropped the opener to Buffalo in 2003.
That said, they deserve what they got last night. They cannot successfully run the ball to drain the clock to close out close games. Furthermore, defensively, they cannot stop anyone when they have to. Baltimore didn't even need a field goal, they went 80 yards and 55 seconds. If they needed a touchdown they would have got that also.
That said, I think Belichick should not be suspended, I believe he was owed an explanation. If that field goal was reviewable or not. I'm sure the referees had no idea that that was not a reviewable play. They were going to just run off the field. I think he should be fined very heavily.

Hoodie's explanation today was lengthy to say the least for a guy who never wants to talk, I found it quite funny that all of a sudden when it was in his favour to talk he did, when usually he is Mr. One word answer!
