He looks into the camera and talks about how he "doesnt just want you to develop as a basketball player, he wants you to develop as a person."

It is obviously a recruiting commercial.....he probably wouldn't have done the thing if it wasn't presented in the manner in which it is. If you remember his last commercial before that, it was some kid from like Alaska or somewhere cold....shooting basketball in the snow and coach K sitting in his office reading a letter this kid wrote him telling him about wanting to play for him....I forget exactly what the commercial was for, but it too was a recruiting commercial. I hate Duke but I guess if you can use things like to help you do....hate to say it, but it is pretty smart on his part....parents see these commercials and probably like what he says about developing kids not only on but off of the court.
