Got to hand it to Duke though, in close tough games , they come to play and usually win.

It's not that "they" come to play, it's that JJ Redick does. As someone else pointed out in this thread, he has single-handedly won duke many, many games this year. What that also means is that when he struggles in the post-season NCAA tournament as he has done in the past, duke will lose...exactly what sun is trying to say.

Come on Texas fan,its obvious that 30 point whipping Duke gave your team on national TV is what's really bothering you.It's not considered analysis when all you're doing is ripping the team that was 30 plus points better than yours was when the talking was over and the playing was done.The fact is,the Longhorns came in a distant,distant second,and thats what your problem is with Duke.Fandicappers aren't objective handicappers.

All these Duke haters saying that Duke is given preferential treatment don't know sh*t. Duke blows out opponents (like Texas) half the games they play and don't need any help. I suppose the refs also moved the rim so Laettner's last second shot would swish right through the net. If anything, the refs most likely took a national title away from Duke in the UConn game Sun has a link to. Emeka Okafor gets into early foul trouble with 2 fouls in the first 4 minutes then miraculously only gets 1 more called the rest of the way. Meanwhile 3 Duke forwards get a total of 15 and end up fouling out. So the last 36 mins. of the game with all the physical play inside Okafor is positioned perfectly and does not hack anyone except for one time. :mj07: Duke had an 8 point lead when Shelden fouled out with 5 minutes left and still had the same lead when Randolph fouled out with 3 minutes left. Then with no one left to guard him it turns into the Okafor show as he scores 5 pts. in the last minute and a half and UConn pulls out the 1 pt. win. Bullsh*t game!!!

JJ Redick sucks so bad thast he is going to finish either #1 or #2 in Player of the Year voting. He probably couldn't start for Texas, or any other high seed. I want to laugh when people bash Duke and/or Redick. Jealousy + Blind Hatred= Lost $$$$$$$

Duke gets beat by LSU. Why? Big Baby Davis and Tyrus Thomas just too much to handle. Very tough matchup for Duke, put LSU in at least 1 of your brackets. And remember pound those dogs particularly the double digit dogs. This is the best week of sportsbetting. The high seeds play their hearts out and it must be a bitch to set the line for these games.

Yeah I hate Duke, but Im not blind to it. I made alot of bets FOR Duke in the beginning of the season and you know what I started to like them. And I never saw any of the hand checking or pushing or flopping or ghost calls that are all around duke. But when I dont have my goggles on for whatever team I want to win, I see that Duke is a flat out dirty group of players that get away with alot.

To Ny1bb or whatever, no the refs didnt move the rim on that shot. I didnt say Duke team of 15 years ago won because of the refs, I said Duke teams of today are highly favored by the refs. Oh Ok your evidence that Refs Hate duke is that they didnt call a bunch of fouls on THE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR. Good argument, Okafor was dominant that year and so was uconn. Oh No refs called fouls on Sheldon Williams in one game, that means duke must get all the fouls against them.

For Duke Haters, they will always get help from the refs. From Dookie lovers the refs are always against Duke and it is the classiest, most winning, greatest program of all sports ever and it is becuase they are the savior to college basketball that they can fight against those mean refs.

Having S Randolph foul out of the game is a BLESSING LOL, that helps duke, doesnt hurt them, that guy is a waste of space, they did Duke a FAVOR!!!
