Sour Cream Coffee Cake (not low fat)
1 stick margerine
2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 C flour
1 t baking soda
1 t baking pwder
1/2 t salt
16 ozs. sour cream
1 t vanilla
Cream margerine, sugar, and eggs. Mix dry ingredients together and then add to cream. Then add sour cream and vanilla. Grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan, then take half the batter and pour in pan. Sprinkle half of
1/3 C brown sugar
1/4 C white sugar
1 t cinnamon
on top of batter. Pour rest of batter in the pan, and then rest of brown sugar topping on top of that. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes.
