Well I broke down and went to the doctor today. They stuck a swab up my nose and in my mouth and told me that me temp was 103 and that the tests indicated that I had the Flu! The doc gave me a script for Tamuflu and told me to also buy some Benadryl. She told me that I was the 15th person this week that has come in and been diagnosed with Influenza A. Im hoping to be in drinking shape by the 24th!
Tea with some honey might help too. I usually do this at night with a shot of whiskey in it. I sat in the steam room this morning for 30 min in sweat pants and under armor shirt with 2 bottles of water.
