Off the top of my head, he took Texas, Oregon, West Virginia, and Florida.
Believe you can listen to the picks on his espn radio page. I know that he gets a lot of flack, but he's one of the few talking heads with real handicapping knowledge, at least in ncaa football. He's over 70% for the year.

my radio signal at work sucks for espn radio after hurricane IKE. I called them and they said the tower went down and they are working on fixing it, a month ago. I can turn my radio sideways and get a signal, but snowy. Cowherd makes me laugh, think, talks mainly football, some basketball and baseball, just enough to get info. He is also a great handicapper. My favorite sports personality on the radio.
He got pulled from the NYC market, so I don't get to listen to him live, but will try to catch him on the internet from time to time when I'm at work. I agree, bright guy who is good for some laughs. Must listen when it's football season.
