that powell`s isn`t behind this war as much as some others in the bush cabinet.....and that he has already decided not to be a part of any bush re-election cabinet.....as i said,that`s pure speculation.....but,i agree with your comment....he adds a certain level of ...."validity"(i guess for lack of a bettter term)and consideration to this decision..... two leaders(and powell) whose political lives fully depend on this war going smoothly and successfully......i hope it goes well with few serious problems.... :mj07:

and while we`re talking impossibilities and improbablilities here,why not have colin powell run for the republicans?....
i can`t imagine what would happen if colin powell,john mccain or a bill richardson were running......vs either of these guys....
it would be a slam dunk....
i left out hillary on purpose...but as much as i dislike hil,she`d probably whip george like a red headed stepchild is they threw down in a debate...
