Had them yesterday.

Bought two bunches for $1 from the huckster at the flea market.

Washed then separated leaves from stems.

Cut everything into one inch pieces.

After water came to a rolling boil, placed a few handfuls in a dutch oven and steamed them on the stove for ten minutes.

Added a pat of butter. Good stuff!
