3-3 yesterday for a slight negative, got the Ville Over (thanks to OT), G?Town and DePaul. You are right Hawk, if I was a smarter feller I would only play Blue Demons games as I obviously have a better handle on them than anyone else.

For today starting off with:

UConn/Hall Over 126.5 for 2 units ? FYI that Edwin will play for the Pirates today.

also:

UConn -2.5 for 1/2 unit - despite Edwin playing I'll take a small stab now that the line is coming down.

I was real close to squeezing the trigger on the Ramblers as well. If something turns up on Averkamp please update. Thanks and BOL:0008

Just can't find anything. The pregame notes has him listed as a starter but they did that for the last game against Youngstown that he missed. I do know Loyola takes concussions serious and are very cautious, he missed 2 games last year and won't be back until he is fully cleared. Given he's had it in the past, I could see him missing at least another game so I'm going to stay away.

I checked twitter and a couple of other places and came up empty as well. if we can get the word in the pregame radio show or on the Horizon league feed it might be a great spot for an under play. if he sits, I just can't see the ramblers offense scoring much. They couldn't break 60 at Youngstown, who likes to get up and down. I would think that loyola would stress winning this game with a healthy dose of defense.

1-1 on the night getting Valpo and missing the total. For Wednesday:

Prov +1 for 1 unit - Big East teams are 12-4 coming off one week of rest during conf play. That should continue tomorrow.

ND -11.5 for 1 unit

adding:

ND -10.5 for 1 unit - I'll bite for another unit, don't think they will have the hangover expected from their 5 ot marathon.

like that game under the number tonight. i know that Depaul can't defend but ND does and particularly at home. Possible blow out may prevent the late foul fest as well.

BTW: What the hell was wrong with that Loyola coach last night. Fouling down 15 with a minute to go. I about had a spaz,,,:scared

Didn't see (or hear that). Had the radio on for the first half and part of the second until UWMil started pulling away. Moser is a real no nonsense type of guy (anyone who coached under Majerus is really) so if he was having his kids do that, there had to be a reason, wonder if there is some bad blood or some hard fouls earlier he was getting back at.

also you are a brave soul for going that Under, though you have a point with ND's defense. It's just that Depaul I think leads the nation in pace of play, or possessions per games and obviously their opponent is too. Anyone who has watched them can tell a slower pace would benefit them, but Purnell is too stubborn and believes his press will eventually work. Well, with the 2* recruits he has it won't so it is the basketball equivalent of a square peg in a round whole. Only 2 more seasons of his worthless butt after this one (hopefully).

The announcers were joking that the ramblers were getting much needed practice on the art of fouling should they be in another situation like last night.

1-1 getting Providence as ND is covering at half and has to beat DePaul in OT (again). For Thursday:

Ville -17 for 2 units - SJU is an undisciplined team regardless but w/o Lavin I expect it to be even more of a bewildered look out of the Red Storm against the staunch D of the Cardinals.
