I backed them (hesitantly) on NYE as a dog and they won outright. Think I may make that the last one of the season on or against them!
Was tempted to play X for the first half. Think DePaul will get eaten up inside but I also saw where Xav's big buy may not be 100% so I'm going to stay away.
Did get passed the Over from a fella that is real good at Totals, so I put a little on that but not going to count it in my plays.
liking Cornhuskers tonite +10' at Iowa--think the number is inflated as Iowa beat Oh St there--Neb is playing better on the road--Ia can't shoot--your input?
Was tempted by both dogs in the Big Ten games tonight but didn't pull the trigger on either. There have been some big spreads for sides so far in conference play.
Nebraska I still don't have a good read on. They should be much better than how they have performed thus far. Think Miles is a good coach and they will eventually turn it on like they did last year (started conference 1-5 last year and finished 11-7), with maybe not peaking as high, perhaps around .500 in conference. Just a question of when they flip the switch so to speak. Tonight has the potential with Hawkeyes perhaps looking ahead to Mich St.

Yeah, they came storming back to start the second half and was looking good for awhile and then faltered. Definitely a tough one to swallow with those points. Let me know if you are interested in meeting up one of the next two weekends to watch games.
