College Bowl Games 12/21

Let me start off by saying this has been my worse College season in a long time. Finished 1 game above .500 and have lost 12 of my last 19. I am hoping to turn it around for the Bowls, but please tread lightly with my picks as I am.


330pm Fresno ST +6 -120 Loss
I cannot see USC being motivated for this one. Fresno can throw all day and win this game outright.

5:30pm Mr Potato Head Bowl

Buffalo pk L
This is a HUGE big deal for the Bulls. Only their 2nd appearance in their HISTORY (last Bowl game was '09). Many seniors on this team and they have seen this program go from 2 wins in 2010, 3 wins in 2011, 4 wins in 2012. With 8 wins this year, Buffalo fell short of a chance to play in the conference Championship game by losing to Bowling Green in the final game of the season.

This is a close knit Bulls team. Winning today is a big deal for these guys. On the other hand, this is Fresno's 4th Bowl in 4 years. I do not see the invite to the Potato head bowl getting the adrenaline pumping through SD St. The Aztecs are 1-2 in their last 3 Bowl games.

Bulls are a good 2nd half team offensively. They are slow starters.
