Oregon -11 over Purdue--Boilermakers had a nice opener against Toledo. Oregon's opener was not so nice. Lost in all the excitement of Purdue's offense showing was the fact they gave up 423 yards passing. I think Oregon is better than what they showed last week even without Blount. Purdue's young team will have a hard time going into a difficult atmosphere and keeping this one close.

WMU +1 over Indiana--
See Spang's comments. WMU will rebound from last week and Indiana didn't look good at all. Hiller should have a big game against IU secondary.

Arkansas St. +24 over Nebraska--
It's time for Corey Leonard and Reggie Arnold to step up in a big game and I think this is the game. Nebraska may be looking ahead to Va. Tech next week and ASU should have enough firepower to keep this one respectable.

N. Texas +3 over Ohio--
I knew N. Texas' defense would be better this year but their offense really surprised me. Riley Dodge looked good and the JUCOs also played well.

Totals:

Totals:

PSU/Syracuse U54--I don't think Paulus will have much success vs. Lion defense. PSU still trying to find its way offensively. This one seems like a 37-10 type game.

EMU/NW O53--
Hurons, err, Eagles should have the offense going this week after last week's struggles.

Pitt/Buffalo U50.5--
This one should be a grinder similar to last year's game.

OSU/USC O46.5
--Too many athletes to keep this one under the number. OSU's d will load up in the box and make the freshman throw. I think he will have some success. Terrelle "Everyone Kills People" Pryor will make some plays as well.

Love the first 3 BG, seems like we are thinking the same on those. Sad thing is - I don't know if that is a good thing:142smilie

Agree with your bulls under. Gill worked very hard to get the running game established at UTEP and seemed to protect his QB Maynerd. I can see a similar stratagy although they may have to abort if Pitt comes out of the gate fast.

You like the Bulls at all +the DDs ? I took em small based on coaching and the situation. Think they have a shot.
