First, I have received the go ahead from MJ himself, therefore he has nothing to do with this. This will be the second year I run this and the challenge sheet is already formatted. This is a lot of fun and I expect it to grow yearly.
Rules:
I list the last 22 of 24 bowl games against a point spread taken from what I saw on Pinncale Sunday night starting with UCLA-FLA St and skipping the games on January 6-7. You pick your game and rank it from 1-22 in point value in the appropriate column (22 being your most confident selection down to 1 being the least). If ag game ties according to the point spread, you will half your ranked value. There are a total of 253 points. Entry fee $20. Payout 50%, 30%, and 20% of total purse for top 3 point totals. Last place gets their $20 back.
I must have picks by noon December 26 so that I can format an excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet will then by forwarded back to everyone before the start of UCLA-FLA St, therefore you can follow along to see where you stand and root for/against. It will allow you to enter the correct value for each contestant and will having each running total. All money must be received by the start of the first game, OTHERWISE THE ENTRY IS VOIDED....no exceptions.
Nol in Vol Land can attest to this as he gets in everything I run. For the first year we had 31 people in, and I expect to be double that this year. Please let me know if you should be interested and we will make arrangements for me to get the contest over to you.
Thanks.
