i have no explanation why the line has gone up & this may be a sucker bet....but i cant see the total barely passing 42 points....

against the 4 good defensive teams that texas faced....texas tech, oklahoma, missouri, & Ok. st....texas averaged 33 ppg, but 26 ppg from the offense....the other points came other ways....these other ways shouldn't happen with neb. because neb hasn't allowed a speical teams td all year & gave up 1 td via int & 1 via fumble return....this game....neb. also faced 4 good defensive teams....virginia tech in which neb. scored 15 points, missouri in which they scored 27 points, texas tech in which they scored 10 points, & okla. in which they scored also 10 points....that averages out to a shade over 15 pts. per game....

as i said this play could be a sucker bet but i'm going under in this game....

calif. comes into this game off strong performances vs. arizona & stanford, holding those teams to 44 combined points....washington is 3-1 at home vs. conference opponents, holding usc, stanford, arizona & wash. st. to an average of just 20 points per game.... cal's offense has averaged 23.8 ppg over their last 4 games....& in their last game vs. stanford, there were 62 points scored & under head coach tedford they 14-5 under on the road coming off an over & 19-10 under after a game in which 60+ points were scored....
