I really like Ga Tech on Thursday night, but haven't made the play yet.

Here are my early leans:

First off, let me say that Purdue sucks. However, Penn State should only be favored by 1 or 2 in this game based on Sagarin Ratings, and that means I'm getting nearly a TD in line value. More importantly, PSU's season just took a massive shot to the gut with last week's primetime loss at home to #1 OSU. It's hard for these kids to bounce back after having their hopes/dreams pissed on the week before.

Thanks for the thoughts on this game, gmroz22. Other than Ohio State, EVERYONE in the Big-10 sucks, and the Buckeyes should and will be a great fade come the National Championship Game...

What little I've seen of Penn State--even in the destroying of my Hawkeyes--isn't too impressive. And Purdue spanked Iowa as well. Agree that 7/7.5 is too many here and will be on the Boilers, too.

CG: I have adopted it for both college and pro this year. The biggest help has been in determining "wrong" favorites and inflated lines.

I'd say it has helped a lot in college, but not quite as much in the pros....at least not the last 4 weeks.

This Oklahoma St game is really pissing me off.

You go up 21-0 (getting points) then let Texas tie it 35-0. You have a 32 yard FG to win it with 1:18 left, and you shank the fukker.

EFF ME.
