Typically I just focus on FCS but this week is a little tighter so I have expanded a bit.
FCS 1st:
Columbia +100; Anders Hill and this Columbia offense is humming. Penn is a solid team but we have been going against them, with success, the past few weeks with Dartmouth and LW with CCSU as 13 pt HD SU winners. The reason- The Penn defense is letting the offense down. The loss at Dartmouth snowballed. Penn's offensive stats are skewed by game vs Lehigh and Ohio Dominican. Columbia will be able to throw the ball with success. The columbia offense will be able to operate as it likes. I expect a higher scoring game 34-20
NCCU pk; PLay against GArdner Webb- NCCU is starting true frosh at QB and he has done well. This game could either be 11-7 or 41-30... I think NCCU will be able to execute their offense and I think GW has not got the season going the way they want. Not a lot for me to say here... I like NCCU
Youngstown State +10; Bo Pellini just does not lose by DD very often. HUGE game. YSU needs the win as they will most likely be a seed if they win. I like the moneyline here too. I think YSU will be able to throw the ball. Hunter Wells is 50/50 but Mays has been doing well. YSU at home, at night... Just think this is going to be a slobberknocker.
Villanova +17 ; No idea how the score but my feeling is the Nova defense keeps this close.
Nova under 44; Man I like this total 24-10 maybe even 16-7. Both sides have tremendous amount of injuries. This is going to be a violent game.
Fordham +11; This is a play against Colgate. I have been fading Fordham with success but think this line is a little too big. We could get the upset as Colgate is struggling with confidence and Fordham has some skill players.
Big Spread blowouts:
South Dakota -27; This one gets ugly
LSU TT Under
Duke +7.5; Florida state had their hearts ripped out. FSU decimated with injuries. I think this is going to be very low scoring.
Duke Under
Eastern Michigan +6.5; Army is rolling so why is this spread not higher? The line movement makes me think something is up.
UNLV +9; Air force was gutted after coming back in that game last week. UNLV offense will get rolling in this one and I expect it to be high scoring. UNLV wins.
