Sorry I couldn't get back to you guys before TCU kickoff. I just got back from seeing a client (12:40pm).
I am liking the Yellow Jackets and Badgers a whole lot tonight. I will post details later today.

At least I was greeted with a 14-0 TCU score when I hit the door. Now Iowa St is driving as I speak. Let's get this first game in!

I will definitely have a play or two for the mid afternoon games. Will post by 2:30p est

I am not playing it, but I have to think that Gary Patterson is burning some asses in the Frogs locker room during the half. TCU played undisciplined shit football in the 1st half. They need to win this game BIG and they are playing tight.

I would think TCU comes out and leaves it all on the field in the 2nd half. Their playoff future may depend on it.

Hi Ratt

Hi Ratt

I respect your plays a WHOLE lot. That being said be careful on the Badgers tonight.

Yes Wisconsin has the BEST player on the field tonight. But they certainly do NOT have

the best coach on the field tonight. As an underdog roll, Urban Meyer by FAR is one of the

BEST if not the best strategic coach in NCAA football. Their is a VAST difference between

Gary Anderson versus Urban Meyer. I am not saying you are wrong on liking the Badgers but this

is something to consider...............Good luck on your play :0074:0074

Missouri +14.5

All the pressure is on Alabama here. Missouri, since getting embarrassed by Georgia, have really turned it around and has played some good ball. Missouri has been outstanding in the role of the underdog this year going 5-1 ATS and SU as a dog. Some other stats:

-Alabama 0-3 ATS last 3 Dome games
-Alabama only 3-3 ATS vs winning teams
-Missouri 5-1 ATS vs winning teams
-ATS vs SEC: Mizzo 6-2, Bama 4-4
-Alabama 4-7 ATS this year
-Mizzou 8-4 ATS this year, 4-0 ATS last 4 games

Missouri was in the SEC title game last year. They have been there, done that. They will not be overwhelmed today. In my opinion, this line is over inflated, yet 2/3rds of the wagers are coming in on the Tide. I will side with "the House" on this one.

Great opinion. I appreciate your input. I actually had the same argument with myself. Coaching in a big game is very difficult to ignore. However, there is something about this Badgers team. They are a very tight group, they have been through a lot of personal issues of the field and it has made them a close knit unit.

Without further ado...

My college GOY:

Georgia Tech +4

Several reasons I think Tech wins this game:

-5 Times this year, Florida St has lost both the time of possession battle and were out gained in rushing during the same game. Florida St went 1-4 ATS in those five game. Their only cover was at Miami (Fl St was a 2 pt fav), who they beat by only 4 points. 4 of these 5 games were won by 3, 6, 4, and 4 points. Their biggest win under these parameters was against The Citadel, winning by 25 as a 56 point favorite.
-Georgia Tech is #1 in time of possession. Georgia Tech will win the rushing battle tonight
-GT's playing style is very similar to Boston College. Run first and foremost. Florida St really struggled with Boston College. However, Georgia Tech is WAY better than BC.
-Florida St has had 14 turnovers in the past 6 weeks with 10 takeaways. MINUS 4
-Georgia Tech has had 8 turnovers with 17 takeaways. PLUS 9
-Georgia Tech is the #1 team in the NATION in 3rd down conversions
-Georgia Tech #1 team in time of possession in ACC
-Georgia Tech #3 in NATION rushing team
-Florida St 3-9 ATS this Year
-Georgia Tech 8-4 ATS this year

If there is a recipe to beat Florida St, it is to win the time of possession battle and to win the ground game. CONTROL THE GAME. Georgia Tech is amongst the best in the country in time of possession and are the 3 best team in rushing. Boston College (7-5, 4-4 ACC) proved that this formula works. So did Clemson, Notre Dame, and the Citadel (who covered by 31 points).

Turnovers are so often a huge factor in big games, Tech has a decisive edge here, especially in the second half of the year, plus 9 to the Nols minus 4.

Florida St has found way of winning when they were out played this year. Georgia Tech will significantly cut down on their time of possession tonight, not giving them the opportunity to do so.

I think these close calls catch up to the Seminoles tonight. I see a close game, both teams scoring points (slight lean on OVER), but the Jackets controlling the game and winning the turnover battle.

Some 2 bit advise from a upper middle aged handicapper

My GOY is because according to my way of handicapping, it has an 80% chance of hitting. I don't make anything a play unless I have over 60%, which if you average out my win % from the last 4 years, its probably somewhere around that.

I am personally playing 2.5 times my normal wager on my GOY. I'm not betting the farm. Please, please do not OVERLOAD this or any play because somebody says its their GOY. In fact, I think 2 or 3 guys have Florida St as their GOYs tonight.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents. Steady as she goes, and you will win at the end, every single year.

1st time EVER that a team ranked lower than #10 (Wisconsin #13) has been favored over a top 10 team (Ohio St #5) in the history of conference championship games.

I don't think that means shit come game time, but interesting.

Ohio St would be favored if their second QB wouldn't have got hurt. I'm not a fan of JT Barratt and I don't think the adjustment to the line should have been so severe. I think OSU would have been at least a 3 pt favorite if Barratt didn't get hurt.

GL on your GOY, sir, and thanks for posting.

Wisconsin -4

The biggest reason for this play is that the Wisconsin offensive line should dominate the defensive line of Ohio St. I saw that the Buckeyes had an offensive lineman taking snaps on the D-line this week because they are so thin on the depth charts on D-Line. Ohio St can be run upon and run upon them, the Badgers will.

This kid Cardale Jones, starting QB for Ohio St, replacing the injured JT Barrett, is a beast. However, he is a red-shirt sophomore that has 19 throwing attempts in his career. Now, he has to start in the Big 10 conference Championship game.

IF..... Ohio St can get the lead early and keep it, the kid may have a shot.
IF..... Ohio St goes down by 10-14 points, now you are putting this kid in the pressure cooker.
That's asking a whole lot of a guy with 19 passes in college.

This one comes down to control in the trenches and I believe the Badgers have the O-Line vs D-Line advantage and the Badgers are sporting the #2 defense in the Nation.
