Colorado Question

Anyone who is watching the game---why did Colorado go for two at the end of the first half? It was 21-16 and they don't get it and now the whole scoring scenario's are f'ed up?? I wondered it when it happened and now they are in a tight spot down by 9 cause they had to go for 2 again cause of that first dumbass decision.

Any reasons???

they wanted to be within a fieldgoal, which to me is not reasonable anyway. its like thinking there wont be anymore scoring in the game :shrug:

because coaches are sometimes pretty stupid. They think it's worth giving up a sure point just to get the score back to normal intervals.
If anyone was watching Cincy and L'ville, the same thing happened. Only Cincy unsuccessfully tried for a couple of two-pt. conversions in the first half.
This not only gives up precious points, but can change momentum.

Within a Field Goal???? It was the first ****ing half?? Is a 21-17 game out of reach to Barnett? I hope that wasn't there reason, not to get mad at you just venting cause I am a fan and can't figure a good reason, considering it was the first half.

nebraska had 4th and long at the colorado 35...and lined up for a 51 yard field goal...their kicker`s longest this year was 41....barnett was totally unprepared for the fake....remember,this is nebraska...they`re famous for this stuff...

then at the end of the 3rd qtr,they have the ball in nebraska territory twice with 1st down....the second drive actually starts at the nebraska 34....3 plays later,it`s 4th and 15 at the 39 and a 5 yard punt......

pathetic....they deserve to lose...they had numerous chances to put space between themselves and nebraska and blew every opportunity....

again,pathetic...

but,that`s why they aren`t a winning club...knew that going in...
