Ruben will be let go, however, Gillick still a consultant/advisor, as long as Pat's there, Ruben probably will keep his job because he's an ass kisser.
Phils won't trade Hamels, but look for others to go during the Winter Meetings in December. Papelbum, Kendrick (Free-agent), Byrd (option), Revere (Not a typical Phillie CF'er, they need someone like Gary Maddux back), Ruiz (steroid pumper), Dom Brown (one plane swing, upper
cut), that's all the Phils will trade, You can't build around a team without an "ACE" and Hamels is the only one they have, LEE is done, AJ has an option, Phils won't bring him back he needs off season hernia surgery anyways.
