Comcast customer service

Hate them, hate them, hate them. Their customer service is terrible, my service has been terrible the past few months. The internet works fine, but the TV picture has been grainy. What do they do to fix it? Nothing. Disconnecting today, will go back to Direct TV.

funnt it must be your area i call comcast and boom they come next day or second day

i also keep asking for promos to get lower bills because of low income status

saves me $57 a month

i`m no comcast fan either,kneifl...i`m a smidge away from calling verizon.....just hate having one crew tearing the place up and another coming in and doing the same to set it back up.....

i don`t trust that company.....i`m worried they`ll screw something up out of spite....

I hate them, got the new box. It didn't work, I think they package those things up and remanufacture them to look new. Funny thing was we had an installer come in and go through three new boxes (all packaged new) and finally he found a working unit on the fourth one. I hope the company goes up in flames.

and while i`m here bitching,i`m not crazy about i.e. 10 being foisted on us......i finally figured out a way to keep the system from updating back to i.e. 10 every time i did a system restore to bring me back to i.e. 9.....

with i.e. 10 i had trouble logging off and shutting down...kept having to wait for simple programs to close.......having to eventually do a hard shutdown...

:banghead: grrrrrrr....

Don't get me STARTED on Comcast. Every single time I've called customer service, I'm on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes-and that is after 5 minutes of being transferred repeatedly by an automated system.

Also, we just bought a house where the previous tenants had Comcast, and a GIANT black cord was connected from the house through the entire length of the back yard. I was on the phone for an hour, and finally was promised that a technician would be out the following day to remove the cord (or bury it..) and that was a month ago. Eff Comcast, Kneifl. Eff em.
