Wait... did Sledge not even TRY to bunt the runner over to third??? Am I reading that right? I have to assume he was told to bunt the runner over in the top of the 14th with the game tied. Not sure what happened there...
I've said before it's hard for me to comprehend how stupid MLB managers are. It's just unthinkable to not try to move the runner over there. Then again, considering they can't get a runner in from third with one out maybe he wanted 3 shots instead of 2? :shrug:

Good job of scoring a run but they had a chance at 2. With Ramirez coming up this inning I'm sure they wanted another one.
