it is not difficult to GET a check from them...the problem arises when you want to put it in your bank....for a while, the big banks were freezing your account and making balance of -$888,888.88 and then you were blacklisted from opening another account for 5 years...have not read up on it lately...I guess you could always take to a check cashing place and pay a fee:shrug:

Now that would suck to be "blacklisted".
I know if I were American I'd never do any "offshore stuff" at a US bank. But hey, that's just me.
Although I can tell ya that PokerStars gives winnings to Canadians from Canadian banks. If they pay winnings to Americans from Canadian banks you'll be fine.

Well....I deposited using Echeck from my Credit Union account......so i just put in my request to have my monies deposited back the same way. We'll see if my money magically shows up soon.
The Email said to allow 72 hours for "processing" and then another 3-10 business days for the funds to be available. It's funny because when I put money in.....it was out of my bank account 2 days later.
I'll let you know how long this takes.....and if it goes in.
