Something attacked my system, turned the desktop blue. An Anti Virus promt comes up "MS Removal Tool"

Wont let me run Malware or reset my comp to a prior date.

I know, get a MAC :facepalm:

Yes.....still on the comp, fighting off the pop ups

For safe mode, reset comp and hit f ????

I have chased them out by myself before but that is only because I was ready to slick the harddrive anyway..

if ya get it safe again be sure to backup everything important before you return to normal usage..

just a matter of time before the bad guys do another full bore assualt..

Well he does have a back up so for now he's safe but he might be in banned mode soon

it should find the trojans..propably already did ..

when completed be sure check each found object for deletion.

then restart computer..IF IT BOOTS UP ..try to get the latest updates from Mal and run it again..I do it again in "Safe Mode" but suit yourself here.If registry is real fvucked up ya got bigger problems than a simple Mal cleaning will take care of.

pain in the ass but ya gotta try to clean it real good..

you may get a prompt from Windows telling you it is resetting and running checks..should be a light blue background with pale white letters ..let it go thru this reset and formatting..this will correct the simplier f,,ups..

if ya some how get this bad boy clean again ya need some kind of anti-virus protection running all the time.

the more extreme your web searching habits are the better protection ya gotta have these days.
