how do I change my settings so a webpage automatically updates every minute???? Right now its every 5 but I have no clue how to change it. Thanks.

In IE:

Click tools
Internet Options

Then go to where it says "temporary internet files" and click Settings. Choose how frequently you check pages for updates.

that gives you options to check the page every time you visit the page , or never but is there a way to have a page up and refresh it every minute or so?? thanks.

What type of page are you trying to update? Most pages that need to be updated constantly do it on there own or you can make them faster like yahoo sports etc and set it to 30secs. Otherwise you just have to hit refresh
