computer help, HP Album Printing

Hi comp guys,

Favor to ask about HP Album printing. Been using it for some time now, and loving it. All of a sudden, I click on it to bring it up and the entire screen is black.
you can see the toolbar across the top, but everything it black. Can't see a darn thing.

have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and run into the same problem.

I saw a it board somewhere in cyberspace and someone posted the same problem as well.. but no response...

any help from you KMA?

What os? What product is it used with?

It comes stock on a CD-rom for HP printers.

I got it when i bought an hp psc 2110 all in one and installed the disc/software on my comp.

i use windows xp
thats the actual name of the program "HP Album printing"
