Viewpoint Media Player release 3.0.14 contains a crash detection device that will detect an upcoming crash and, through the error handling process, stop Viewpoint Media Player but keep the web browser actively open. Upon detecting a crash, a log (VETlog.txt) is written to the root of the local drive (C:\VETlog.txt). It is recommended that this file be sent to QA@viewpoint.com for technical review.
