I think something is causing problems with my TEMP files.........

I go to re-install spysweeper.......but when I try to uninstall the old one I get this nessage

"C:\Windows\Temp\is-JlOGS.TMP"
Error 5 Access is Denied


I cant go back to a former date when I try to use the system restore command.......it just gos to today......

When printing say a paragraph out of a letter.....I highlight the paragraph then hit selection and then hit print........and it prints nothing

but at the bottom of the page its suppose to print it reads
file://WINDOWS\TEMP\trsLOABP.htm

it seem like my TEM file are not there or not working......

I also get this message when trying to backup.......

The Temp folder is on a drive that is full or is inaccessible. Free up space on the drive or verify that you have permission on the temp folder."
