putting down a nickel on the UNDER 7.5. +120 @ Royal.

The trends point to the over. Atlanta's last several games either push or over. Moss and Ishii each haven't seen their most recent starts go under except once. But Ishii has had his best starts at home and in the evening (this is an earlier start, however).

LA hasn't exactly been smoking at the plate. Also, the Braves don't have arguably their hottest hitter of late, Matt Franco, in the lineup.

Oh well....total down the drain. It's 5-4 Atl now. Geno and Magitek, you guys will have to fight it out to see who comes out on top. This one's already a barnburner.

I'm gonna open up a can of nutritious Healthy Choice New England Clam Chowder, sit back and enjoy the rest of the game.:p

today's cooking tip

today's cooking tip

whenever you fix some New England clam chowder, add some extra ground black pepper and/or cayenne and basil.

for Manhattan clam chowder, I prefer thyme and pepper.

:D

For maximum Clam-liness, I suggest Progresso clam chowder. It's not condensed, so you don't have to dilute the natural clam flavor. Just add some extra spice to kick it up a notch, and maybe some salt. Progresso's soups are lower on salt content, I believe, which is actually a good thing. I had Campbell's Chunky Soup clam chowder before, and I thought they had a good amount of "stuff" in it, even if its mostly potatoes. ;)
