So..........if the cop would have let go of his jacket, then that shit would not have happened?

Cop is at fault, but dude should not have struck the officer (or even attempted it whether unsuccessfully or not)

He's using that wheelchair to be an ASSHOLE, got what he DESERVED.

:0074

I swear dude, you say some of the wildest shit. First of all the dude is a veteran and he is in a wheelchair. The second third fourth and fifth shot to the face and then pulling him over backwards for simply not letting go of his jacket deserves that shit? What if that was your dad or brother? What if it was your dad or your brother in that stupid fucking picture in your signature? For someone that display's no respect for country or protocol I am surprised that you would take the cops side. Then I realized that the handicapped are in the minority in our society and it made much more sense.
I like you Skul and generally leave you alone but that picture is defacing the President of the United States. Remember when you and Raymond went on your little crusade about people insulting Bush during war time? Isn't that a whole lot hypocritical to deface the President during war time?

Hope that helps,
FDC

Also, the fucking useless pig is spending the next 40 months getting ass raped in prison. I bet he is a lot more respectful of others when he gets out, after getting turned out in prison. Good deal, justice is served.

He was charged with a 5th degree assault which is a misdemeanor. He is on suspension right now but is likely to be fired.

Just to shed some light. The police officer's name is Richard Jouppi, his brother is a very very good friend of mine, we have been through some thick and thin. I have met and had beers with his brother many times, this was before he became a policeman.. Was and probably is a really nice guy, but I call it like I see em.

He was totally wrong, way too many punches there and if he lands that over hand right at the end, he is fucked. The guy is not w/c bound, was just in a w/c because he was too intoxicated. What happened there was nothing more than what an elderly person would do to a CNA or nurse in a nursing home. Sadly Richard IMO blew his cork a little bit and over stepped his bounds. The man the w/c is no doubt an idiot but the police are trained to act in a more professional manner. There are 3 parts that really bother me. 1. The overhand right that missed. 2. Flipping him out of the chair. 3. When the worker tells the cop something like, "Yo dude." and then Richard threatens to arrest her too. That threat shows me that he was not in control. If that would of happened in an emergency room, Richard would of had the police called on him. The worker was only being the patient's advocate and should by no means be threatened with arrest. He should be reprimanded for that alone. My buddy told me that his brother said he thinks he is pretty much done. :sadwave:

He didn't tell her he would arrest her! He said he was arresting HIM!!!

"Shut up, and back up!.....I'm arresting him."

Hey, they guy lost his cool, and gets what he gets. The guy in the chair was no threat. He 'slapped' at him. All Joe Friday needed to do, was restrain him, and tell him, "Now, you have an assault charge."

The thing is, that dipshit broad put the cop in this spot! She was the one running her pie hole to the guy, and pissing him off. She should be getting her days off, too.

I don't see it that way, She asks for his Jacket and he asks if you want me to throw it at you and she said try it and see what happens. Then he keeps getting belligerent. What she said wasn't that bad..

At 1:27 of the video she says dude and Rich tells her, " shut up, back up, or I'll arrest you too!"

You can see it how you want, and I'll look at the facts.
