four of my buddies, went to costa rica for vacation. They went out to eat or something and when they came back to their place they got robbed blind. They took everything that wasn't nailed to the floor. No licenses, no credit card, no passports, no money no anything. ALL they have is the shirts on their back and copies of their passports. Anyone have any advice on how to handle this or know someone to call?
