I think it is wishful thinking for everyone to believe this will only last a few weeks, or months. Until a Vaccine is out to the public things are going to get messy. Even if they fast track a vaccine, there will still need to be a serious amount of testing done to ensure safety. The last thing we want to do is vaccinate the entire planet with something that can be harmful. I just don't see how this ends in less than 12 months, sad but true. I don't think schools will be opening next fall, and I don't believe we are going to see Sporting events for a long long time.
"As long as we're still in a place where when a single individual tests positive for the virus that you have to quarantine every single person who was in contact with them in any shape, form or fashion, then I don't think you can begin to think about reopening a team sport," Sills told NFL.com. "Because we're going to have positive cases for a very long time."
