As many of you know, I am a huge fan of craft beers and small breweries. As a matter of fact, I have not drank a domestic beer (Bud, Miller, Coors, etc) in over 5 years, as I have morphed into a beer snob, that would rather drink water than drink a watered down mass produced beer. Some of the major beer producers have begun to enter into the craft beer market rather than trying to stonewall the craft brewers by keeping them out of the national store chains. For example, Miller has purchased the Blue Moon Brewery and has begun to mass market its craft beers. Six months ago, I took up the challenge of drinking 400 different craft beers on Tap at a local bar in my area. The deal was that they gave you a punch card and each time you had a beer they would mark the card, but it had to be different beers. At each 40 beer mark, you would get a reward, such as at the first 40 you got a bar tshirt, the 3rd 40 you got a $75 gift card for the bar, the 5th and 8th 40 you got your own keg at the bar of your choice of craft beer. I am now on my last 40 and have drank 7 of the 40, so I need to drink these 33 (BA=Beer Advocate Rating, BR=Beer Rate Rating) to finish:
