When I went to vote this morning I had to fill out a Provisional Ballot because I was not in the books yet because I changed my name because of marriage. I filled out the form and a judge signed it and sealed it and affix a sticker and gave me a provisional ballot receipt. My sister went to VOTE and she had to do the same thing but the people at the polls had no idea how to do it and the one woman ask her, in front of everyone, who she was voting for. So she fills out the paper and leaves and calls me to ask me about it and I ask her if she got her receipt and she said no. She went back and the guy that they told her to hand her envelope to was not even a judge and they had her evnelope, which contains her VOTE, just lying on the table. I think they may have been planning on throwing her vote away or not turning it in because of who she was voting for. That makes me so mad :cursin:
