This is one of my husbands favorite Sunday lunches. I just put it on the night before and wake up to such a wonderful aroma.
Ingredients
4-6
pork chops
4-6
potatoes
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
cream of onion soup
1/2 can(s)
milk
butter
salt and pepper
Directions Step-By-Step
1
Spray your crock pot with cooking spray. Peel and slice your potatoes thinly. Put one layer of potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot. Salt and pepper, then put a couple of pats of butter. Add the next layer of potatoes. Repeating the process. Salt and pepper you pork chops and place them on top of the potatoes. Combine the soups and milk, then pour them over the top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
