I don't understand how these programs are so bad off financially. They have BIG money coming in from tv contracts. Do they not put much of it towards the football program.

If I was Fox or ESPN I would put a clause in the contract saying that each school has to put this much % back into the football program because that's what we're giving them money for.

Tenn is the one that makes no sense to me.
