Tough call.....Pirates are 10-8 OVER after a loss this season. They lost Friday yesterday's game went under. So far this season they've bounced back with the bats after a loss. I don't see that trend losing 2 in a row here after it's done well all season. Both teams hitting nearly .280 vs righties L/5 games. No play for me, but I'd go OVER! Especially with D2 saying the wind is blowing out.....

Thanks guys. I would have expected a total around 8 with these pitchers in a small park... maybe going up to 8.5 with the wind situation and the hot bats. 10 is an anomaly and see it was at 11 at one point! It'll be OVER or pass for me chalking it up as one of those quirky Vegas lines you see once in awhile and tend to be a clue that something specific is expected.

Yeah wind is 15-20 MPH ahead of what will supposedly be severe storms arriving around 3 or 4 PM. Also consider this - if rain strikes earlier & Arrieta leaves early due to a rain delay, the Cubs 'pen might single-handedly provide the over.
When the wind is blowing out at Wrigley,(which is the prevailing pattern), many routine outs become home runs. An over\under of 10 reflects the talented pitchers that are going today. I would not take the under.
