I always thought that that was the Horns excuse in the Holiday Bowl. You're really going out of your way to talk yourself into taking Texas. Just put the bet in.
Exactly what happened to Texas the third time which is why I had Washington State. They had quit and everyone in Austin knew it. The difference is I am not a fan promoting a conference who looks to justify every bad result. I just want to win money.
Posted and Played the Under in the Rose Bowl. As I have said many times, only a fool tries to interpret the results in minor bowls to mean anything in the Big game. Watch all the idiots start touting Texas after Ohio State routs Notre Dame (or vice versa for SUC) as if it means anything.
EDIT: The last typo wasnt intnetional, but now that i see it gonna stick with it! LOL! I saw on ebay some people are hawking t-shirts with "You can't spell SUCK without USC." And people will piss away money on them of course.i

Koetter is a terrible coach. ASU came to play in the second half after getting kicked around in front of their home fans. Flu or no, they should have come out smoking and came out flat. Nice comeback showed some heart, but this guy continues to do less with more than almost anyone in college.
